ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
- Apostille Services – TKS Mobile Notary resides in the heart of Lansing, MI, less than 2.5 miles from the Office of the Great Seal. Contact us to obtain an Apostille on a document faster than mail service, usually within a week. We send your documents out the same day with your shipping label. Fees start at $65 with an additional $40 per Apostille needed. (What is an Apostille?)
- I9 Verifications – TKS Mobile Notary will assist with the completion of I9 Verifications both electronically and in paper format. Our fee is $40 per Verification, plus a travel fee based upon zip code. (What is an I9 Verification?)
PROCESS SERVICING
TKS Mobile Notary also provides process serving for Summons and Complaints, Motions, Notice of Hearing, etc. Our company will provide in the initial agreement up to 3 attempts to service, photos/updates provided after each attempt. Our goal is to serve within one week of receipt, or have those 3 attempts made. Additionally, we will complete a Proof of Service with mailing to the Court and a copy to the Plaintiff and Defendant. If the FOC is involved, a copy will be mailed to them as well. TKS charges a flat fee of $75 for the above service, or we may provide an itemized invoice upon request. - Is/will the Friend of the Court be involved?
- When does service need to be completed by?
- Do we have a service address (home/work/regular location of time spent)?
- Is this someone who will avoid service or be confrontational?
